The London Hop Shoot Festival 2015 was a glorious day out in the Kent countryside with lovely people, great food, and some delicious beer. The kitchen team from The Bull, Highgate conjured a spectacular lunch, including Cascade hopped mayo (!), in the middle of a field in the sunshine. All in all, a glorious day out: looking forward to next year!
