Pigs Ear Beer & Cider Festival launched yesterday and runs until Saturday 7th.
Showcasing some of the finest real ales from breweries across the country, including ourselves, and giving breweries otherwise focused on producing keg beer a chance to produce some, often limited edition, cask beer.
Spotlight on our beer: Mel's Ice Blast Fruity Sour!
A mixed fermentation fruited sour with plenty of body. Blueberry and Raspberry. Brewed by Mel (From the Stag and Lantern Micropub in Highams Park) and George, our head brewer. This seemed to go down a treat with the punters - we can't promise it will last long.
