Beyond the Tower Session IPA (3.8% ABV)
Records from the 1720s refer to East London as ‘The Part Beyond the Tower’ inspiring the name of this slightly hazy, session IPA. Citra, Chinook and Mandarina Bavaria hops impart citrus, tropical and resinous flavours.

Two Swans New England Pale Ale (4.6% ABV)
An unfiltered, naturally hazy pale ale with a silky mouthfeel. Generously dry-hopped with Mosaic, Ekuanot and Motueka for a wonderfully citrus and tropical flavour. Fermented with London Ale III yeast for a mildly bitter finish.

EAST END LAGER (4.5% ABV)
Medium-bodied, unfiltered, Pilsner-style lager. Brewed with Weihenstephan lager yeast, Tettnanger and Magnum hops for a crisp finish with subtle bitterness. Available in 30lt and 50lt kegs.

HOPSIDE DOWN NEW ZEALAND PALE (5%)
Hopside Down is packed with no less than five New Zealand hop varieties: Southern Cross, Kohatu, Motuere, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. These give it its wonderfully juicy flavour, with notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, peach and pine. Hazy in appearance.

Our best-selling session pale ale has a subtle bitterness which leads to a crisp, refreshing finish. The addition of Bobek hops in the fermenter imparts floral and citrus aromas.

FOUNDATION BITTER (4.2% ABV)
So named as it was the first beer we brewed! An amber best bitter, with a good balance of maltiness, marmalade notes and a crisp, bitter finish.

NIGHTWATCHMAN DARK PREMIUM BITTER (4.5% ABV)
This smooth, dark ale has a nutty taste and its blend of five different malts gives it a satisfyingly rich character. Dry-hopping with Brewers’ Gold gives it added complexity and flavour.

COWCATCHER APA (4.8%)
A floral, citrusy APA, generously hopped with American aromatic hops. Named after the grid at the front of old US steam trains used to deflect livestock on the tracks!
